The current risk rating of the listed building will be either “Caution,” “Prepared,” or “Pending.” This overall building rating reflects the risk rating and risk index of the individual spaces within the building. A building will be labelled as “Caution” if there is at least one “Caution” space. A building labelled “Prepared” indicates that all spaces within it are independently rated as “Prepared.” A building labelled “Pending” includes at least one space with a simulation still underway. The status will be updated once the risk rating and index are complete.
